We’ve just designed the British Fashion Awards 2010 with illustrations by Le Gun. The direction was British, eccentric and often beautiful. We designed a huge, constantly moving, animated canvas to create a dense freewheeling fashion poem. The projections looked incredible at the star-studded event in the Savoy Theatre. Perhaps more interesting though are the illustrations that didn’t get through, the one’s that got away (our fave was ‘Victoria Peckham’)…

Nathan and Oli recently spent time with Pundersons Gardens shooting a film for Bally in Switzerland. Shot on location at the Bally factory and surrounding countryside, the film concentrates on the making of Bally’s famous ‘Scribe’ made-to-order shoes. Swing by in a few weeks to see the finished piece complete with soundtrack by Resonate @ Silent Studios.
The SS11 Womenswear ready-to-wear collection features pieces from the Bally archive interpreted into contemporary garments. This mix of heritage and modernity is reflected in our presentation film – statuesque models rotate slowly on the spot, garments flickering and changing in time to an abstract soundscape of bird calls.
The models were shot by independent production facility Punderson’s Gardens.
