Kasabian’s UK arena tour is finished and we are getting all our content together to share. It was a heady mix of high-end 2D/3D animation, visual effects and live action. Each track explores the theme of music visualisation with real-time manipulation of content by sound, the band or the crowd. This collaborative project with Andreas Müller (Nanika) explores interactive animation, sound analysis, face tracking, audience participation, live social media elements and live camera feed translation. Check back soon to see how it shaped up.
In the meantime here is a little taster of the show…
“It was like watching the best telly you’ve ever seen — a massive concave screen with spectacular graphics reacting to the thumping bass and guitar riffs. Hats off to the team behind it. They’ve come up with something truly original.” – The Sun
A 6-minute dreamlike journey through the rivers and parks of London, drawing you deep into the magical city at night. Silent Studios recently art directed the WW/AW shoot for Swiss label Bally in Milan. Shot on RED camera by our friends at Pundersons Gardens, we projected snow and ice onto the model as she rotated on an icy pedestal. Watch this space to see the final edit.
Silent Studios were commissioned by Swiss fashion house Bally to create a film for their made-to-order Scribe range of shoes. The film was a collaboration with independent production facility Punderson’s Gardens and was shot on location in Caslano, Switzerland.
