Bally MW/AW 2011 Video Installation
March 15th, 2011Silent Studios have created a mesmerising video installation for Bally’s Menswear Autumn/ Winter ’11 presentation in Milan. A hypnotic, recurring dream sequence was created by repeating and layering clips of the European Snow Bison, all set to a dramatic soundtrack by Resonate @ Silent Studios.

Shine @ Battersea Power Station
February 23rd, 2011Based on the concept of light, power and electricity. From the pulsing of a tiny proton particle, to the swirling nuclear mass of a sun. Geometric designs play and pulse over Battersea Power Station giving a sense of a powerful unreleased energy forever emanating from within. Mapping the architecture the structure’s key details are illuminated, evolving throughout the night. Touching on the myriad forms and flow of movement that the concept of electricity conjures.

Bally – ‘My Scribe’ film
February 18th, 2011Silent Studios were commissioned by Swiss fashion house Bally to create a film for their made-to-order Scribe range of shoes. The film was a collaboration with independent production facility Punderson’s Gardens and was shot on location in Caslano, Switzerland.

January 14th, 2011Resonate Music have created the soundtrack for ilovedust’s latest self-initiated animation Cat & Bird. The animation is an update of the classic cartoon chase transferred to a modern New York. With a nod to Dubstep, Resonate have created an exciting music track, combined with sound design to capture the thrill of the chase.

Le one’s that got away
December 14th, 2010We’ve just designed the British Fashion Awards 2010 with illustrations by Le Gun. The direction was British, eccentric and often beautiful. We designed a huge, constantly moving, animated canvas to create a dense freewheeling fashion poem. The projections looked incredible at the star-studded event in the Savoy Theatre. Perhaps more interesting though are the illustrations that didn’t get through, the one’s that got away (our fave was ‘Victoria Peckham’)…
